Empowering Women Through Awareness

Navriseup India Care Foundation, in dedicated collaboration with Pinkishe Foundation and supported by VKR Pratishthan, successfully organized a Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Session in Ghatkopar for 60 women. The workshop created a compassionate, judgment-free space to discuss bodily health, hygiene practices, and female wellness.

Education and Dignity in Practice

Through open discussions and practical demonstrations, the workshop helped participants understand menstrual biology, hygiene care during cycles, safe sanitization habits, and personal health preservation. Sanitary kits were distributed to all participants to encourage safe and dignified menstrual practices.

Breaking Cultural Stigmas

Open conversations around menstruation foster lifelong self-worth and reduce vulnerability to preventable ailments:

  • Dispelling Myths: Challenging age-old stigmas and misconceptions through scientific awareness.
  • Safe Period Hygiene: Providing necessary sanitary supplies to women from underserved households.
  • Community Solidarity: Establishing open peer dialogues where women can seek guidance without shame.
