Education, Dignity & Open Conversations

Navriseup India Care Foundation, in collaboration with Pinkishe Foundation, successfully organized a comprehensive Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Session for 110 women. The workshop focused on demystifying taboos, promoting scientific understanding, and fostering open, stigma-free conversations around menstrual health and bodily wellbeing.

Fostering Health & Wellbeing

Through interactive guidance and personal storytelling, participants were educated on hygienic practices, product choices, safe disposal methods, and holistic self-care. Free hygiene kits were distributed, equipping attendees with the essential resources required for their daily health and dignity.

A heartfelt thank you to Vimal Khanderao Rangnekar Pratishthan for their invaluable support in making this initiative a resounding success.

Breaking Taboos at the Grassroots

Menstrual health remains one of the most critical yet neglected facets of women's health in underserved communities. Ignorance and social silence often lead to preventable infections and emotional distress. Our initiative directly addresses these barriers by:

  • Disseminating Accurate Knowledge: Replacing generational myths with facts about menstrual cycles and hygiene.
  • Building Confidence: Creating safe spaces where women and young girls can ask questions without hesitation.
  • Ensuring Product Accessibility: Distributing sanitary pads and personal care necessities directly to women who need them most.
Join Us in Making a Difference

Every woman deserves to manage her menstruation with safety, dignity, and pride. Here is how you can support our upcoming awareness drives:

  • Donate: Your contributions directly sponsor menstrual hygiene kits and educational workshops.
  • Volunteer: Facilitate sessions, assist with distribution, and be a beacon of empathy in grassroots communities.
  • Advocate: Help eliminate menstrual stigma by amplifying the dialogue across your personal networks.
