Empowering Women Through Open Dialogues

Navriseup India Care Foundation continued its dedicated mission to improve women's health by conducting another impactful Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Session in collaboration with Pinkishe Foundation and VKR Pratishthan. The session brought together women from vulnerable backgrounds to engage in meaningful conversations surrounding menstrual hygiene and health care.

Knowledge, Health, & Compassion

Through structured interactive discussions led by healthcare advocates, participants were guided through fundamental practices of menstrual health, dispel widespread cultural taboos, and cultivate a sense of dignity. Attendees received hygiene kits containing essential menstrual products to facilitate safe, hygienic periods.

Empowering women with accurate menstrual health knowledge has a generational multiplier effect. When a mother or young girl understands hygiene practices, she champions health for her entire household:
